Aritro Jolodhi is a Bangladeshi filmmaker and director, and the developer of the HICC Theory, a narrative framework that explores human impulse, consciousness, and consequence. His work is rooted in psychological realism and moral complexity, often told through minimal, atmospheric, and character-driven storytelling.
His notable works include the web series পঞ্চ প্রেম, the award-winning short film Sorry, and দু-স্বপ্ন. He also directed the psychological-thriller web film অভিশপ্ত, which further expands his exploration of guilt, memory, and fractured perception. Alongside his creative practice, Aritro remains actively involved in Bangladesh’s independent film and festival ecosystem, supporting emerging voices and alternative cinematic expressions.
